Dee Dee Fox, an Arizona native and long time resident of Rapid City, South Dakota is an award winning author and national public speaker who has worked in the publishing industry for over fifteen years. Having first begun her writing career as Assistant Editor for a regional publication in Phoenix, Arizona, she went on to personally start three successful magazines from the ground up. As editor and publisher of these magazines, Dee Dee honed her skills as both a writer and an editor. In addition to serving on a number of local boards and committees, she is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, the International Women's Writing Guild and the International Writing Center's Association. Ms. Fox speaks publicly in a variety of venues providing training to youth and adult. She is a mother of four and lives on a farm in rural South Dakota with her charming husband, their youngest child, who has yet to leave for college, a loveable dog named Ace, and too many chickens to count.
